Every team member of EMerge ATS makes commitments they personally own, addressing both deliverables and schedules. Each team member is responsible for maintaining corporate ethics and integrity in all they do.


Every team member will consider the success of other team members as fundamentally important to the success of their mission and our company.  Our personal success is measured first on how our achievements help our country, our client succeed and then on how we help other EMerge ATS team members through mentoring, team or aid them in their mission in satisfying our common client and company. Every team member will be measured in their ability to develop and complement the success of other EMerge ATS members and develop synergies within EMerge ATS and our partners to service our clients and country.


All EMerge ATS resources will be used for EMerge ATS business, including team member time, computers, data, services and other property.  All time records will be accurate.  All expenses will be documented per our accounting needs and submitted promptly.


All information has a value.  Every EMerge ATS team member will treat information with proper security concerns for its handling and use.  EMerge ATS team members will not violate copyright, license and nondisclosure agreements and are responsible for reviewing and maintaining those requirements in performing their professional services.


EMerge ATS team members are forbidden from providing any false or intentionally misleading information on official documents or communications.


EMerge ATS team members will report any and all investments or commissions that could be obtained from EMerge ATS third party suppliers, vendors, partners or others to EMerge ATS management. EMerge ATS team members will maintain honest relationships.
